This just came to me: Il ate eight eels so il est ill.

To explain (translation is in English in parenthesis after the word - English words are translated to themselves):

Il(He) ate(ate) eight(eight) eels(eels) so(so) il(he) est(is) ill(ill).

When said quickly, in that hybrid English/French form, it is quite the tounge-twister - that is, it is difficult to say correctly, quickly, repeatedly.
